We ship from warehouses located in India and Singapore to almost all over the world. If you would like us to ship from a specific location a request must be submitted in advance.
Shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom takes 7-10 business days on average, but can take up to 3 weeks. The average delivery time is 10-21 working days. Due to Covid-19 Shipping Delays, orders can take up to a month to complete.
The average time ranges between 24 and 72 hours after the payment has been submitted to confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed a tracking number will be provided within 24-48 hours. It will be sent to the email address you used when you made your order. Check your spam folder if you can’t find the email.
Note that if you make an order on the weekend, then your order will be sent out Monday the next week.
When your order is confirmed by which might vary depending on the payment method we will serve your order request to our warehouse which will then in their turn ship the product directly to you.
In case of package getting stuck in customs or lost. We offer a free reship. Please contact us if you think your package is stuck. If you can, provide another name/address we can reship to. If the reship does not reach the intended final destination then we offer a partial refund of 50%.
Once the package arrives at the recipient’s address. It is the recipient’s responsibility to accept the package. In case the recipient fails to accept the package when it arrives. We will not offer a reship/refund. Unless under rare circumstances.
